I'm not exactly sure, but I think that you have to have an autumn frost , followed by warm, summer like weather, to "officially" have an Indian Summer. This feels like Indian Summer to me. It was sunny and in the 80's again today. But, the colors say FALL and the leaves are starting to be raked around in the yards !!!! I see mums being placed on porches and pumpkins are put out on display. But we haven't had any cool weather yet, definitely no cold weather.
It is beautiful weather. I am grateful. Although... a little rain would be nice too.
Wait --that sounded in my head like something from "Fiddler on the Roof."
